Pearland Commons will be developed as a mix of neighborhood service retail establishments in clusters and pad sites that are uniquely designed and situated such that the resulting center conveniently accommodates customers and their vehicles while focusing on internal and external pedestrian activity. Careful attention was given to focal points, open space, pedestrian walkways, building orientation and articulation, buffers and landscaping.
