The Promenade Shops at Shadow Creek Ranch is strategically situated at the southwest intersection of Beltway 8 South and State Highway 288 in southern Harris County and encompasses 100 acres of land. This open-air lifestyle center, designed by Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates, proposes 800,000 sq. ft. of retail shopping offering upscale specialty shops and restaurants and features a main street town center with plazas, fountains, amphitheater, farmers market, lifestyle shopping and much more. KGA prepared the PUD (rezoning) documents for the project located in Pearland, Texas.
