RiverPark is a 793 acre residential community located in Sugar Land, Texas. The community is situated along the Brazos River and is bisected by the Grand Parkway (S.H. 99) as it intersects with U. S. 59 South. This unique location presented multiple opportunities and constraints from a design perspective and resulted in a community with a wide range of land uses including extensive natural and environmental amenities.
