Summerwood is a 1,009 acre residential community located in northeast Harris County in close proximity to Lake Houston. The master plan was designed with families in mind and features more than 17 acres of lakes, a 150 acre nature preserve, hiking/biking trails and quiet neighborhood enclaves incorporating numerous cul-de-sacs.
