Traditional Neighborhood Development 1

This Traditional Neighborhood Development was proposed as a component to an existing master planned community. The design incorporates such elements as a central park, multiple housing types, an elementary school within walking distance, pedestrian friendly, narrow streets shaded by rows of canopy trees and the use of alleys for vehicular access to residences.
