Traditional Neighborhood Development 2

This Traditional Neighborhood Development was proposed as a component to an existing master planned community. The design incorporates a mixed use village center with a variety of shops and offices, multiple housing types, the use of alleys for vehicular access to residences, close proximity to an elementary school for easy pedestrian access, narrow streets shaded by rows of canopy trees and multiple parks sites within a short walking distance of residences.
