Dolphin Cove is waterfront and canal community with access to Dickinson Bayou and the larger Galveston Bay Area. It has a large private marina with a clubhouse and repair center and features a luxury mid-rise hotel and mid-rise condominiums. The island located to the south of the project will have a lighthouse and museum with a bay front restaurant situated in a natural preserve.
