FTP Service Instructions

Before you can use the FTP service you must establish an account. We will provide you with a username and password. By using Kerry R. Gilbert & Associates, Inc. FTP service, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions found in the FTP Service Terms of Use.

Please use the FTP Service when you wish to exchange large files with Kerry R. Gilbert & Associates, Inc.

To retrieve a file from the FTP Service, follow these instructions:

  • Enter your username and password as provided and click “Login”
  • Navigate to the desired file. (Double-click on folders to open them)
  • Right-click on the file and select Copy To Folder... to save the file on your computer.

    • To upload a file to the FTP Service, follow these instructions:

  • Enter your username and password as provided and click “Login”
  • Copy/paste or drag/drop the file from your computer to the browser window.
