Gilbert & Associates, Inc. have a combined 100 years of experience in the real estate planning and development field.  Extensive knowledge of the regulatory process derived from prior public sector experience, coupled with their related engineering backgrounds, provides a strong foundation for the overall guidance and direction for the firm and its clientele.

Kerry R. Gilbert

Mr. Gilbert is co-founder and President of Kerry R. Gilbert & Associates and is responsible for all operations of the firm.

R. Bruce Batts

Mr. Batts is co-founder and Executive Vice-President of Kerry R. Gilbert & Associates and is responsible for the technical and design operations of the firm.
